So...havn't been on for a very long time now.XD i desided to get more into art and im trying to by a scanner and some computer programs. any suggestions? I want to start on a web comic to but cant because i dont have a scanner <.<;; so will most likely have it in jan.bleh

So ya know of any great programs tell me!(sorry if my spelling sucks,took my sleeping meds a while ago <.<;;;)
